Scandinavian Style & Design AB (org. nr 556898-4537), Trondheimsgatan 7, 16432 Kista, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data processed through this site.

What data we process

• Account & order data: name, email, phone, shipping address, order history.
• Wholesale (B2B) data: company name, organisation number, VAT number.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card details.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser data, log data.

Legal basis (GDPR)

• Performance of contract — to process and ship your order.
• Legal obligation — Swedish bookkeeping rules (7 years).
• Legitimate interest — site security and fraud prevention.
• Consent — optional analytics cookies.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies are required to run the site (cart, authentication, checkout) and do not require consent.

Optional analytics cookies help us understand how the store is used so we can improve it. These are only set if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Sharing & transfers

We share data with processors who help us operate the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting and email provider, and shipping carriers. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Order and invoice data is kept for 7 years to comply with Swedish accounting law. Account data is kept while your account is active.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
