Refund policy
Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen 2005:59) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days; card refunds typically settle in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping & return costs
The original shipping fee you paid at checkout is not refunded when you return an order — only the price of the returned items is refunded. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service, as items lost in return transit remain the customer's responsibility until we receive them. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or we sent the wrong product, we cover the return shipping in full — contact us first and we'll send a prepaid return label.
